VK Comunicación was formally incorporated in December 1998, as a personal initiative of Virginia Knorr Barandiaran, who had served as press officer in various companies and institutions in the immediately preceding years.

The consultancy currently consists of a team of 11 professionals with extensive experience in the field of communications.
